Cros des Calades Ballon
Rosé is made from
Grenache and
Syrah, the grapes are organically grown and the fermentation take place with the naturally present yeast on the grapes. This is not your regular south of France rosé, the colour is already much darker then what you see so often but the nose and the palate are far more complex and rich. We could call this a very light red, served chilled this is what you need on summers day BBQ, it is very fruity and asking for more !
