This Pignoletto Sui Lieviti is made with a traditional secondary fermentation in the bottle, which is common in the Emilia Romagna wine region. It is aged on its lees and never disgorged. A very refreshing wine with good texture and light perlage. Floral, light and fragrant aromas of citrus fruits like lemon and grapefruit.
