This is a typical Calvados made in the Pays D?Auge protected designation of origin. It was made in copper pot stills similar to the kind used to make fine malt whisky and aged in oak casks for at least four years. This ageing gives Château du Breuil Calvados V.S.O.P. a softness and balanced fruity elegance.
