Taleia is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon, but Bordelais more in name than in essence. Fermented partly in French barrique and partly in stainless steel, the wine is unctuous and rich on the one hand, crisp and aromatic on the other; a perfect combination in other words.
