Fieuzal red is a delightfully complex blend of multiple grape varieties, authentically expressing the vineyard s incredible diversity Aged for an average of 12 months in French Oak barrels, the wine is elegant, confidently expressive and dynamic throughout the whole of its lifetime The nose is pure and elegant, with primary notes of bigarreau cherry, raspberry and lightly spiced forest fruits, followed by notes of cherry liqueur, accompanied by a subtle undertone of vanilla Delicate and silky in the mouth, with long, persistent flavours and a satisfying tannic 'bite,' indicating age-worthiness Careful, gentle extraction is the hallmark of de Fiezal's red winemaking in recent years, in order to arrive at a finely-balanced result
