Tasting Notes 1: This Shiraz has lovely lifted aromas of spice and fruits, such as raspberry and cherry. In the mouth, the wine produces a great balance of bold, jammy fruits and firm but supple tannins. The combination of 30 to 40 year old vines and stoney soils produces a hardy vine with low yields – a great combination to produce a fruit intensity and structure that are full of promise.
