An intense, aromatic wine with tropicality, minerality, and characteristic English hedgerow. A softer proposition than Shoreline, but still keen and engaging, this Bacchus has hints of peach, elderflower and guava on the nose, with soft fruit, and attractive white blossoms. The heady nose has an abundance of citrus, green mango and blackcurrant leaf, and is fresh and zesty on the palate.

The crispness adds excellent structure to the palate and lifts the light tropical and citrus character. This 100% Bacchus is perfect with seafood, best served slightly chilled.
