Made from locally-sourced hand turned barley on the edge of Dartmoor National Park, this whisky has been aged in a single Ex-Oloroso Sherry cask before being cut with pure Dartmoor spring water.
This barrel comes from the Jerez region in Spain where sherry is produced.脗 Unlike most distilleries who just finish their whisky in sherry barrels, this single cask, single malt has been solely matured in a sherry cask from start to finish.

PALATE: Sweet sherry, hazelnut,coconut, marzipan, sultanas,gingerbread, treacle
