A balanced, crisp wine with a citrusy palate of lemon, hints of lime and a background of nettle herbaceous notes. Lovely, open, and inviting almost green-gauge nose. The palate is fresh, racy, with an engaging and refreshing lift. A complex floral nose with added hints of pineapple and lime. Several weeks lees aging lends structure and textural mouthfeel. An excellent match for seafood dishes.

A symphony of grape varieties comprising Bacchus, Reichensteiner, Seyval Blanc, Pinot Blanc, and Solaris grapes, sourced from select vineyards in Kent, Somerset, Essex, Oxfordshire, West Sussex, Herefordshire, and Devon
