Ruby red color. Spicy, delicate, fruity bouquet. Dry, balanced,
delicate texture. Made from a unique blend of Corvina Veronese 40%, Corvinone Veronese 40%, Rondinella 20% grapes. The vinification and aging take place in Castelrotto, in the municipality of San Pietro in Cariano in the Valpolicella Classica area. The cellar houses a production capacity of 100 hl divided between steel barrels (68 hl) and wooden barrels with 32 hl. The wooden barrels are made of Slavonian oak wood (barriques of 2.5hl and big barrels of around 10 hl) or French oak wood (tonneaux of 5hl).
60% of the wine obtained is aged for 24 months in 20-30-50hl Slavonian oak barrels; the remaining 40% in medium toasted Allier oak barriques for 18 months. Further evolution in the bottle for 6 months.
