Tasting Notes 1: This stunning Grenache blend breaks so many boundries. It is blended across five different vintages, across 10 appellations and 15 variants of Grenache. The selection is based on mineral content and polyphenolic concentration. All hand harvested (including some small percentages of Mouvédre, Syrah and Caladoc). The wines softness is so apparent, yet the vine is full-bodied with a deep intensity of black summer fruits and tannins that are layered and integrated.
