Rich caramel smoke and cinnamon spice make for a powerful style layered with decadent notes of dark vanilla and seared apple. Double cask matured in bourbon and toasted virgin oak barrels, this robust, smouldering flavour is the distillaries most intense yet.

Palate: Smoked dark vanilla, seared apple and cinnamon with lingering charred orange into a sweet and smoky finish.
