Juicy notes of grapefruit and freshly cut grass, with a hint of anis. Crisp, but mellow finish with a vibrant energy behind it. It is complex, deep and settled, the lack of charcoal-filtration also offers a host of delicious Umami laden nutty flavors, creamy vanilla notes, with hints of dark chocolate.
Very flavourful sake, much broader taste profile than what you expect from a Junmai Daiginjo, which is one of the two "Grand Cru" sake category.
