This rarely seen distillery uses longer fermentation and quick distillation to create a heavier distillate. Reracked into a freshly recharred cask for vanilla and honeyed notes.
Another rare distillery in our independent bottler scene and also the first release from a program of recharred ex-sherry casks we have currently running. So far the results are great offering a delicious toasted note to the whisky.
The tasting revealed, coffee grounds, vanilla tablet and dried fruit.
