The production of this wine has remained the same and constitutes a selection of barrels produced from our estate Chardonnay that display a strong lemon and lime character. The Semillon was added to the blend to ensure the final wine had its hallmark rich mouthfeel that was soft and balanced. The Semillon coming from an old bush vine vineyard in Franschhoek yielding minute quantities of grapes and vary variable according to vintage.Môreson is home to 12 different clones of Chardonnay. We utilize these clones, either individually or in a variety of combinations, throughout our wine product portfolio. Each of these 12 clones exhibits unique flavor and aroma personalities, with a selection showcasing obvious lemon and lime characters. Miss Molly Manor Born is a selection of barrels, produced from our estate grown Chardonnay, that display these clear citrus characters.
