This is complex and already well developed, while keeping its freshness and balance. It is pretty and creamy on the palate, with small, persistent bubbles and a full, rounded, long finish packed with autolytic notes and ripe apples.
Their ?Cuvée Origine? is a blend of all three grape varieties (Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay) and is a great example of the classic Champagnes produced in the Marne Valley.
