Pure Listan Negro; a local grape variety with a bright, spicy red fruit profile that stylistically sits somewhere between Northern Rhone Syrah, Loire Cabernet Franc and fresh young Beaujolais. A combination that, when put together, offers up delicious red cherry and fragrant strawberry aromas, crisp red plums, strawberry leaf, rosehip, black pepper, Lapsang tea, quinine and ashy, slightly grainy tannins, finishing on salt and stone. It is a wine that transports you to a rock in the middle of the Atlantic.
