None of their products fit into conventional, existing gin types so they have full creative license over what they bottle.脗 Hence the term "New Age Gin".脗 Oh, and its all produced in a shed in their back garden in the South Downs.
Umami gin was created following a drunken conversation between two of the founders "you should try distilling mushrooms". This savory contempory gin uses honeyed butternut squash, shiitake mushrooms, sundried tomatoes and rosemary to create a G&T like no other.Try with mediterranean tonic or tomato juice!
