Full and waxy on the palate, the Medievo Blanco bursts with notes of lemon curd, pear, and honeysuckle accented by barrel notes of smoke, toffee and vanilla. Full-bodied yet refreshing, the Medievo Blanco finishes with distinctive hints of honeycomb, pear, chalky minerals and subtle oak barrel notes.
