Chardonnay, the most famous white grape variety in the world, has found in the hills of Piedmont the ideal place to express its characteristics to the full. From this territory comes a wine of great flavour with austere and enveloping notes. Straw-yellow colour with greenish reflections. Delicate nose of honeysuckle and lemon zest aroma. Intense fruity notes of yellow peach, apple, pineapple and citrus fruits. Followed by a hint of almonds and hazelnuts. Medium to full bodied wine, dry and fresh, with an exciting mineral taste with the right balance of acidity. Very pleasant wine with a great long finish.
The traditional winemaking process is used, the wine is poured into stainless steel tanks, developing its fresh character over the following 6 months, followed by bottling and a minimum rest period of 6 months before going to market.
