A sparkling wine characterized by a beautiful light gold color, made brighter by dense chains of fine bubbles. Aromas of white flowers, orange blossom and brioche are appreciated on the nose. In the mouth, the acidity is ideal and ensures perfect wine balance. This cuvée is a blend of 50% Chardonnay, with the remaining 30% a mixte of Pinot Noir, Gamay and Aligoté. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle from 18 to 36 months.
