CELLAR INFORMATION The juice is then aged firstly in 225L barrels for 12 months followed by 500L barrels for 24 months, this method helps to preserve the natural fruit character of the wine which could otherwise be lost in this extensive barrel ageing period that allows the wines to evolve and become fascinating. VINEYARD INFORMATION Lovingly and painstakingly crafted with minimal interference and pretence, the old vine fruit is hand harvested and then hand sorted in the cellar to ensure only the best quality grapes are used to make the wine.
