Topaz yellow color with silver highlights. Intense effervescence with very fine bubbles. Intense brioche nose, mixing aromas of honey and hazelnut.
Dry ?Brut?,l ively attack on the palate, quickly dominated by floral aromas (acacia) and white-fleshed fruits. The Salasar bursts with ripe tropical fruit flavors that are carried by the bubbles to every taste bud in your mouth before slowly retreating, allowing you to appreciate the wine itself.
A blend of Chardonnay 90%, Chenin and Pinot Noir 10%. The grapes are entirely hand-picked and placed in crates of 350kg. They are gently pressed and fermented at controlled temperatures of 16掳C. Made using the traditional method with no addition of CO2 and then aged for a minimum of 15 months.
