This Gaston Chiquet is a blend is 40% Pinot Meunier, 35% Chardonnay, 25% Pinot Noir from a base of the 2010 vintage. Golden yellow in colour with a delicate nose of ripe orchard fruit and a touch of oxidation. The palate is smooth on account of the Meunier with a fresh and balanced, aromatic finish. This is the best of non-vintage Champagnes.
