Agiorgitiko softens the intensity of the Cabernet Sauvignon but leaves intact its basic characteristics as they are expressed through the influence of the Attica terroir. Concentrated, multilayered presence, dominated by the aromas of black fruit, vanilla, toasted bread, chocolate and spices. Fleshy, well structured with firm but elegant tannins and abundant ripe fruit. Warm and generous, it retains an enviable balance completed by the long, spice finish. Food Pairin Loves red meat and especially lamb in almost all its versions. Try it also with slow cooked beef, steak and roast duck.
