A blend of Caribbean rums to commemorate the 50th anniversary of Black Tot Day, 31st July 1970, the date the Royal Navy stopped issuing daily tots, a tradition previously in place for over 250 years. Featuring some of the best current/past rum producers in the Caribbean, this blend is composed of rums from Demerara Distillers in Guyana, Foursquare in Barbados, Trinidad Distillers and Hampden pot still rum from Jamaica.脗 From the first sip, the palate is almost overrun with the combination of liquorice sticks and vanilla bean paste. Lime juice married with 80% cocoa dark chocolate appears, which slowly deepens to brandy-poached pears.
