Light pink with onion-skin hues; the wine shows a fine mousse with a redcurrant and rosehip fruit character. Made from a blend of Cabernet Franc and Grolleau from vineyards in the Anjou region by the Traditional Method: the second fermentation to produce the final sparkle taking place in the bottle from which the wine is served.
