“CELLAR INFORMATION All fruit was hand-picked, whole bunch (carbonic) fermented for ten days, pressed and taken off the lees and then aged in steel tanks for eight months. VINEYARD INFORMATION Botrivier has a Mediterranean climate, which means longer growing seasons with moderate to warm temperatures. The 2022 harvest benefitted from good winter rains and full dams, which set the tone for a cool, even growing season. A hot January resulted in beautiful ripeness with good concentration and great acidity. “
