The 100% Islay range is Islay芒??s only Single Farm Single Malt Scotch Whisky. It represents the revival of traditional farm distilling; growing the barley before malting, distilling, maturing and bottling every bottle of this 100% Islay range on site.The 100% Islay 12th Edition was matured in 29 bourbon barrels and 6 oloroso sherry butts for a minimum of 8 years.
  • NOSE

    Elegant, sweet peat smoke, followed by waves of citrus and honey, finishing with notes of vanilla and salted caramel.

  • PALATE

    A Bourbon-driven 100% Islay brings an initial malt-driven profile followed by green fruits; apple and pear.脗 Light spice, raisin and toffee are present towards the finish.

  • FINISH

    Peat smoke returns and remains on the palate. The oily texture of this 100% Islay allows for a creamy profile balanced with toffee and caramelised sugar.
