Attractive and complex aromatic presence which is shaped both by the grape and the barrel. Exotic fruit, casis leaves, butter, vanilla and an aura of sweet spices. The measured acidity balances the alcohol and the body of the wine forming a harmonious result. Long and persistent finish dominated by exotic fruit and wood. Food Pairin Its strong personality allows pairing with a large variety of dishes. Among them shellfish, seafood in white sauces, grilled rich fish, pies and tarts, pork and chicken grilled or in lemon sauce. Semihard, mature or smoked cheeses. Agein At least 5-10 years.
