Juicy notes of grapefruit and freshly cut grass, with a hint of anis. Crisp, but mellow finish with a vibrant energy behind it. This sake is "umakuchi," which is a perfect balance between sweet and dry with layers of Umami. Yamadanishiki used for this sake was grown right outside of the brewery. "Muroka" means Sake without charcoal finning process.
