The Award winning Paul John Indian Single Malt has added Oloroso and Pedro Xim脙漏nez Casks finish whiskies to its exclusive Select Cask range of 脗 fine single malts.
The Paul John PX, comes with layered aromas of fig, apricot and hints of banana. This whisky owes these flavours to the handpicked Pedro Xim脙漏nez sherry wine casks in which the whisky is finished in. Pedro Xim脙漏nez is known for its rich sweetness and intensely dark colour which it lend to our single malts during the aging process.
NAS but approx 7 years old.
