Tasting Notes 1: Neal Martin-88/100-The 2021 Pouilly-Fuisse is a blend of several parcels from around the appellation on different soils. Due to the small crop, this vintage includes parcels in Vergisson and is entirely matured in barrels as a consequence. It handles the wood well with fine delineation. The precise nose shows egg white hints infusing the orange pith and nectarine aromas. The palate is well balanced with fine acidity, strict and maybe just missing a little flair on the finish compared to the previous vintage.
