This lightly peated whisky is made from malted barley infused with smoke during the drying process.
Initially smoky with hints of fruit and fresh sea air. On the palate floral notes are augmented by hints of cereal, followed by vanilla and light spices. The residual tang of peat smoke gives a lingering finish.Â
