Domaine des Terres D'Ocre, L'Instant T 2017, Saint Pourçain organic red wine is a blend of 30% Pinot noir and 70% Gamay, the 2 traditional red grape varieties that are grown in the appellation of Saint Pourcain. It has a very mineral nose of flint stone and a spicy taste, the perfect companion for charcuterie and meat and game. For this red wine goes the same as for its white one, the region has had a reputation for simple and boring wines, but if you try this you will change your mind for sure.
