Tasting Notes 1: Seventy-eight parcels contribute to the elaborate 2018 vintage. The blend consists of 80% Grenache, 10% Mourvčdre and 10% Shiraz. All three are vinified separately. Slow fermentation gives additional extraction and higher phenolic compounds. Matured for 12 months in French oak. The wine gives flavours of fresh herbs, red and black currant fruit, rounded soft tannins and a full-bodied long, supple and sexy finish.
