The grapes from this precipitous vineyard, with its privileged panorama of the valley, always achieve ripeness without losing the strain of saline minerality which prevents flabbiness. Pear, melted butter and hints of nut on the nose lead to a palate which is full and spicy, the notes of vanillin and peach nicely tempered by a nervosité to ensure harmonious balance.
