Somewhat of a trade secret, Latour-Martillac have been quietly going about their business for generations, making superb wines which thankfully for us, have not been hoarded by speculators. Owned by the prominent négociant Kressmann since 1929, it was granted Grand Cru Classé status in 1953. The white wine is arguably better known than the red, although both are delicious.
