Fine, bright, light colour with a steely, chiselled nose. Not flamboyant but clearly concentrated. This grows beautifully on the palate, with a superb backbone, persistence. Fresh peaches but not exotic. Feels like it comes from somewhere senior in the Côte d'Or.
