A Brut Reserva Cava, produced by the traditional method, Straw colour with steely reflections. Fine bubbles in continuous beads forming a crown on the surface. Freshly baked brioche with undertones of honey, nuts, tropical passion and mango fruits. Dry with a light bubble leaving a pleasant sensation, balanced alcohol and acidity.
This blend of Macabeo 75% & Chardonnay 25%, is vinified using the traditional ?champenois? method with secondary fermentation in bottle followed by a lengthy ageing of 17 months on lees before disgorging. All Reyes de Aragon Cavas are Vegan friendly.
