Cros des Calades Ballon Red is made from Grenache, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon, the grapes are organically grown and the fermentation take place with the naturally present yeast on the grapes. A bottle loaded with red fruit, easy drinking, this wine can take you from your aperitif all the way to dessert, or a perfect companion for a party. And all this in respect of organic winemaking, it punches above it's price tag for sure.
