A beautiful example of
bio-dynamic white
Muscadet wine from
Loire valley, from
Domaine Bonnet Huteau. The colour of this wine is a very pale yellow, with green-silver reflections. The nose is discreet, on passion fruit, lemon zest, wet stone and spray. The palate is round, fresh, and invigorating, with a delicious and tasty substance, sprinkled with thousands of micro-bubbles. Aromatically, we stay in the lemon/stone register, even if the second tends to take over. There's green apple too, reinforcing the thirst-quenching side. The latter is reinforced on the finish thanks to the famous bitterness/astringency duo evoking the peel of yellow grapefruit, with a persistence on chalky and lemony notes - and a hint of fresh pineapple. Highly recommend giving this wine a try or any othe wine from Domaine
Bonnet-Huteau.
