Domaine Duseigneur in the Rhone region produces Cuvée Matteo Chateauneuf Du Pape Red wine from Grenache and Syrah grape varieties, which is aged in French oak barriques (barrels) for 9 months.The palate displays the pure expression of a unique terroir with silky and smooth tannins. Still young, so depending on palate preferences, It can be drunk now, or aged for 10 years in the cellar as the robe turns ruby and aromas of red fruits, leather and underbrush will continue to develop.This wine pairs best with strong dishes like Lamb or beef stew it's a perfect expression of Chateauneuf Du Pape.
