100% Garnacha from 70?100-year-old vines, manually harvested, on slate, stony soils, 1000-1500 kg/ha, 8-1000m. Stainless steel
fermentation using autochthonous yeasts, aged 12 months in French oak barrels. Red cherry almost opaque colour with violet cardinal
tones. Powerful, inviting bouquet of compote fruits of blackberry, cherry, spice, cinnamon, vanilla, chocolate, liquorice with a graphite,
slate mineral background. The complex play of aromas is carried to the palate, equally powerful and elegant, the intense fruit
accompanied by mineral-spicy, balsamic notes with silky tannins giving structure and length.
