With distinctive notes of samphire, angelica and coriander as well as many other botanicals centred around juniper berries, this gin is wonderfully subtle yet complex.Tasting NotesThe Nose: Has big fresh green notes with underlying citrus tones.The Mouth: Juniper and coriander are upfront, followed by a citrus body and to conclude, fresh green notes of the samphire and slight salt, tickle the taste buds.Serving SuggestionsServe in a  classic G&T style with a contemporary twist with the addition of Luscombe succulent pink grapefruit tonic water to enhance the delicate citrus tones. Garnish with a slice of pink grapefruit or sprig of samphire (and pinch of salt if you dare) to make a wonderful summer cocktail.
