Kilchoman are pleased to announce the launch of the 4th in the series of â??Founders Casksâ?, this year James Wills has selected a 10 year old, Oloroso sherry hogshead from 100% Islay barley, grown here at Kilchoman.Distilled from Publican barley, grown at Rockside farm, this single cask shows sherried influence through notes of Christmas cake, stewed fruits, and caramel, supported by the 100% Islay characteristics of light smoke and citrus sweetness.Only 322 bottle available at 54.4%
