It is a complex wine with a floral nose. On the palate it is very expressive
with vanilla, honey and dried fruit flavours. Well-rounded palate and nice length. A blend of Viognier, Roussanne & Grenache blanc. Direct pressing and temperature controlled fermentation in stainless steel vats. Fermentation and ageing in
French oak barrels for the Roussanne.
