Description

Red fruits on the nose with a nice touch of acidity on the attack, developing smoothness and notes of crushed strawberry on the superbly fresh finish. A blend Syrah 70% & Grenache noir 30% grapes. The grapes are destemmed, drained then pneumatically pressed. Cold pre-fermentation maceration for 6 hours, followed by fermentation
under strict temperature control (14°-18°)
