This small batch, single malt whisky was aged in ex-bourbon casks and finished in pomegranate rose wine casks. The unique pomegranate fruit offers this whisky its exceptional flavour.
Palate: A bounty of dried fruit with figs, plums and ginger, transforming into indulgent truffles filled with pomegranate jam, accompanied by rosemary and slight tobacco.
Finish: Long and warm with rich cocoa powder enhanced by a touch of nutmeg, butterscotch candy, red fruit and a twist of pomegranate peel.
