About Grown in clay-limestone soil, in the hills with spring waters with a Mediterranean climate and Atlantic influence. The wine making process starts off with the de-stemming and soft pressing, prolonged fermentation then twelve months in French oak barrels. It has won numerous awards. The Reserva has aromas of black fruits and a slight floral touch with balsamic and toasted notes arising from ageing in noble woods.
